How does the e-bargaining system work?
Our e-bargaining system allows you to propose a lower price for products marked with 'Bargain Now'. You can choose from suggested deals or offer your own. The seller will then accept, counter-offer, or reject the proposal in real-time.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 1,999 within Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur). Valley orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. For other regions, shipping costs depend on your location and item size, with delivery in 3-7 business days.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, you can return a product within 5-7 business days of delivery. Returns requested after this window will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging to qualify.
